Everybody has a capacity. Every mind has a frequency. You have to bring the two together, and then you have to find out who you are. That is the easiest way to live happily.
Depending on who you talk to, everyone has a different idea of what meditation actually is. Many believe that they don’t have time for yoga or don’t have the ability to sit still. However, it is perhaps our busyness that makes it even more crucial for us to make space in our day to meditate.
Space To Be Quiet & Connect
Meditation is a means to quiet the mind and body, to become the master of our thoughts, and to quiet the noise or static that obstructs us from truly knowing ourselves. With meditation, we are finally able to hear what is going on in the background of our minds, and develop a healthy coping mechanism to handle stressful situations on and off our mat. The benefits of meditation are numerous and we experience them when we first begin to meditate and as we stay true to our practice.
Benefits of Meditation
Why Should I Meditate?
Meditation is essential for not letting our thoughts master us, but rather taking the role of the observer — simply seeing our thoughts for what they are — thoughts. There are a variety of methods, apps, and means to meditate that all offer benefits for developing a meditation practice. Meditation in Kundalini yoga is different from other forms of the practice, however, because it focuses on:
Supports the Mind & Body

Additionally, the meditations experienced in Kundalini yoga are tailored to specific situations and needs such as increased vitality, and the clearing of the chakras.

Actually, meditation is for nothing other than for you to clear your shit. All thoughts in the subconscious that are negative, unfulfilled and wrong start floating to the surface. That’s what meditation is. Meditation is nothing but cleaning a house with a vacuum. You create a vacuum for your thoughts. You clean and that’s meditation. So that whole day you can be light, and polite. You can be nice, have endurance, have tolerance, and not freak out.
